Fruit and floral, this is a lovely expression of Encruzado. Light and graceful aromatics of lemon zest, jasmin, pear and a flinty minerality. Refreshing and resonant palate shows crisp acidity, moderate alcohol, moderate mid-palate texture and delicate fruit intensity; orchard fruit, pear, quince, white flowers and an edge of minerality. The finish has a light bitterness and touch of hops giving structure to the long finish.
