Born in the picturesque Aichi Prefecture, Japan, in 1977, Hironobu Hara is a distinguished figure in the world of fine dining and wine. As the esteemed manager and sommelier of Florilège, Hironobu has carved a remarkable path in the gastronomic realm. 

Philosophy and Approach 

Hironobu's journey into the realm of food and beverages commenced during his university days when he embraced a part-time role at a local bar. This early exposure ignited a passion that would shape his future in the culinary world. 

Having honed his skills and refined his palate, Hironobu immersed himself in the vibrant culinary scene of Nagoya, where he spent considerable time working at renowned Italian and French restaurants. It was during these formative years that he absorbed an extensive wealth of knowledge about wines, laying the foundation for his future success as a sommelier. 

Continued Dedication to Gastronomic Excellence  

In 2009, Hironobu Hara achieved the prestigious title of J.S.A. Sommelier, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey. His commitment to excellence was further underscored in 2014 when he was awarded the esteemed J.S.A. Sommelier Excellence accolade, a testament to his dedication and expertise in the art of wine.
