Jacopo Dosio's professional journey started with his enrollment at the hospitality school in Barolo, Italy. It was during this time that his profound passion for the subject of hospitality was kindled. Guided by this newfound enthusiasm, Dosio embarked on a journey of learning and growth, thanks to the Italian Sommelier Association.

Remarkably, at the age of 19, Dosio achieved a significant milestone by earning his sommelier diploma. This achievement marked the beginning of his remarkable career in wine and hospitality.

Dosio's training and experience led him to the finest hospitality venues worldwide. He honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Magorabin in Turin, Waterside Inn in Bray, Marc Veyrat in Manigod and Villa Crespi in Orta San Giulio. He even ventured as far as Vue de Monde in Melbourne.

Today, Dosio proudly serves as a true Langhe Ambassador, a testament to his dedication to the region's rich culinary heritage. He firmly believes that direct engagement with local producers is a pivotal element of his role, connecting the essence of the land to the hospitality experience. 

Dosio's achievements are marked by his early passion, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and a commitment to fostering connections between producers, the land, and the world of hospitality.
