Veronica Guiducci began her journey into the world of wine at the age of 21. After finishing high school in 2020, she pursued her passion by enrolling in sommelier studies at ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine in Parma. There, she completed her Master Sommelier degree, laying the foundation for her burgeoning career.

Professional Journey

Upon graduating, Veronica joined the prestigious Ornellaia family, where she excelled as both a sommelier and a tour guide, deepening her expertise in one of Italy’s most renowned wineries.

Today, Veronica is a sommelier at the celebrated Uliassi restaurant in Senigallia, which proudly holds three Michelin stars. Her dedication to the craft and refined approach to wine pairings contribute to the restaurant’s impeccable reputation.

With her roots in Emilia-Romagna and a career that already spans prestigious institutions, Veronica Guiducci represents the next generation of sommeliers, blending tradition and innovation. She continues to inspire through her passion, expertise, and commitment to excellence in gastronomy.
