Head of Wine and Beverages at the award-winning Nelita restaurant, Danyel Steinle is a profound researcher, scholar and wine lover. Graduated from ABS – SP, he studied WSET 3 and made numerous drinks-related researches with producers in countries such as Italy, Argentina, France, Chile, California, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
Danyel presents a wide wine list with some classics, new products from inside and outside the country and also paying attention to natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
Together with chef Tássia Magalhães, they are now responsible for the Nelita restaurant, considered the 21st restaurant in Latin America by the 50th Best Latin America, in addition to several other awards such as best restaurant in the capital of São Paulo by the magazine O Melhor de São Paulo, from the Folha newspaper. of SP, among others.
