Her initial foray into the world of gourmet dining led her to Piazza Duomo in Alba Piedmont, a three-Michelin-star restaurant. Here, she took her very first steps in hospitality. 

A French Sojourn at Maison Pic

Seeking to broaden her horizons, her journey in hospitality took her to Valence, France, where she joined the esteemed Maison Pic, another three-Michelin-star restaurant. 

Paris: Finding Her Calling as a Sommelier

Later, she found her true calling as a Sommelier in Paris working at Table by Bruno Verjus, a prestigious two-Michelin-star restaurant. At Table, she is part of a close-knit team that continually strives for excellence. Their dedication is reflected in their ever-evolving wine list, which they curate and enhance every two to three weeks. The collaborative spirit among her colleagues fosters a joyful environment where they collectively improve and innovate daily.

Agnese Morandi's culinary journey is a testament to her dedication, ambition, and unwavering commitment to the art of fine dining.
