Now in its seventh decade this 100% indigenous blend from Cima Corgo still overdelivers; punchy black fruit, wet stones, thyme, spice, menthol, toasted oak notes. Peppercorn steaks.

Tasting
NOTES

Aromatically, red fruit predominates with black fruit in support along with wet stones, thyme, spice, menthol and toasted oak notes. Good entrance to the palate; fresh at the beginning, delicate texture and really well balanced alcohol. The oak is carefully integrated, not too prominent and the fruit is vibrant. Lovely aftertaste of fruit and flower, high acidity matches the intensity of flavour and freshness. This is a great example of these grape varieties coming together and delivering a bright, punchy, fruit forward wine that has balance, spice, complexity and poise. Truly delicious.
