Carolina started her career at Terrenos Winebar in Stockholm before working at Fredrik Eriksson’s Långbro Värdshus. A short stint in Sydney, Australia, saw her working at Berowra Waters Inn and at Stuart Knoxs’s Fix St James. In London, she looked after wine at Portland restaurant, Comptoir Cafe and Wine and at Scully St James. Prior to joining Restaurant Story and Story Cellar as Head Sommelier she was Assistant Head Sommelier at Petrus by Gordon Ramsay.
