NOTES

Intense rose colour with deep salmon hints, citric nose with grapefruit notes, ripe raspberry and wild yeasts. Full-bodied with a powerful attack, impressive structure on the palate very well balanced with vibrant acidity and a gentle bitterness. Great ageing potential. Many layers of complexity show a wine that has a lot to tell. Will evolve positively for at least the next 20 years.

PAIRINGS

This is an example of the flexibility of great Rosé Champagne. This could easily be paired with meat especially if cooked in a barbecue style sauce but it would be equally at home with Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella or a chocolate and raspberry dessert.
