Each wine will be tasted, complemented by a detailed account of the rich narrative behind each bottle. The 2025 selection process was meticulously carried out by President Jhonel Faelnar and renowned international sommeliers, each of whom were invited from William Reed's extensive network within The World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
Through their extensive knowledge and passion for wine, they will curate a selection that celebrates the diversity of flavours and the cultural heritage intertwined with winemaking traditions from various regions around the globe.
